I go to call MovingHelp, but there is no phone number on their website, just a form. ![]() Uhaul tells me they're not responsible for any movers, and that I need to contact MovingHelp to find out where my movers are. I finally get through and change my drop off location from a street address to the Uhaul warehouse. After another 20 minutes, I'm literally told again that I've been forwarded to the incorrect city, and I need to talk to the drop-off city. 10 minutes later, I'm told the same thing, and forwarded to another city. So I call the U-Haul phone number I received in email last night.Īfter 20 minutes on hold, they tell me that this is the number for the wrong city, and they are forwarding me to the right one. Now it's moving day, and I've heard *nothing* from the movers. I tried to use U-Haul to find out why, but their website was down/slow/broken (and is still is today, and verified by a CSR I spoke to earlier). You will need this to pay your movers.Ĭool.
